A FULL SMILE. A PERMANENT SOLUTION.

All-on-4 Dental Implants

All-on-4 dental implants at Arise Dental give patients who have lost most or all of their teeth a permanent, stable, natural-looking smile supported by just four implant posts.

Losing most or all of your teeth affects far more than your appearance. It changes the way you eat, speak, and feel about yourself, and over time it leads to bone loss in the jaw that conventional dentures cannot stop. All-on-4 implants address all of these concerns in a way that removable dentures simply cannot.

We welcome patients from across East Texas who are exploring full-arch tooth replacement and want to understand whether All-on-4 is the right solution for their situation.

All-on-4 implants at Arise Dental

All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique that uses four strategically placed dental implants to support a complete set of fixed teeth. Two implants are placed vertically at the front of the jaw, and two are angled toward the back to maximize contact with available bone. This positioning allows most patients to receive a full arch restoration even if they have experienced some degree of bone loss, often without the need for bone grafting.

The result is a set of teeth that is anchored directly to the jaw, does not move, does not need to be removed for cleaning, and functions much like natural teeth. Patients can eat, speak, and smile with confidence from the day the final restoration is placed.

A comfortable, patient-focused experience

We understand that full-arch implant treatment is a significant decision, and we approach every consultation with patience and thoroughness. Our team takes time to make sure you understand every step of the process, what to expect, and what your results will look like before any treatment begins.

•        We review your full dental and medical history before recommending treatment

•        Digital imaging and a thorough exam determine whether you are a good candidate

•        We walk you through the full treatment timeline and what each appointment involves

•        Sedation options are available for patients who want additional comfort during the procedure

•        Our team is available to answer your questions at any point throughout your care

From your first consultation to your final follow-up, our goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.

Who is a candidate for All-on-4 implants

All-on-4 implants are designed for patients who are missing most or all of their teeth in one or both arches, or whose remaining teeth are severely compromised and cannot be reasonably saved. They are also a strong option for patients who currently wear full dentures and want a more stable, permanent alternative.

All-on-4 Dental Implants

Good general health and adequate jawbone density are important factors, though the angled placement of All-on-4 implants is specifically designed to work with reduced bone volume. During your evaluation, we assess your bone structure, gum health, and overall health to determine whether you are a suitable candidate.

•        Missing most or all teeth in one or both arches

•        Currently wearing full dentures that shift, slip, or feel uncomfortable

•        Teeth that are too damaged or decayed to restore individually

•        Sufficient jawbone density to support implant placement

•        Good general health with no uncontrolled conditions that would affect healing

•        Non-smokers or patients willing to stop smoking before and during treatment

What the All-on-4 process looks like

All-on-4 treatment is typically completed in a series of appointments over several months. At your first visit, we perform a comprehensive exam including digital X-rays or a cone beam CT scan to evaluate your bone structure and develop a precise placement plan. If any remaining teeth need to be extracted, that is coordinated as part of your overall treatment timeline.

On the day of surgery, the four implants are placed and a temporary set of teeth is attached so you leave the office with a functional smile. Over the following months, the implants integrate with the jawbone through a natural process called osseointegration. Once healing is confirmed, your permanent final restoration is fabricated and placed. The final teeth are custom-designed to look natural and are built to last for many years with proper care and regular maintenance visits.

Comprehensive care in one place

In addition to All-on-4 implants, Arise Dental offers individual dental implants, implant-supported dentures, tooth extractions, and a full range of restorative and cosmetic services. This means patients can complete most or all of their care, from initial extractions through final restoration, in one familiar, trusted practice.
